Tarrega's Carnival of Venice was clear in form, pure in stylistic playing - very similar to Andre's Segovia's manner. The elegance and expression reminded the creations of the great master Linares. The audience in the Segovia's house-museum during the recital felt the beautiful musicianship of the performer, who was emotionaly and warmly appreciated."
